With a Cowboys heart, and a farmers grit

Bob Joseph was born and raised in Brant County, Southern Ontario, where his family farmed tobacco and ginseng.

As a young buck, Bob was inspired by artists like Stompin Tom Connors, Neil Young, and Alan Jackson. Aspiring to be like them, he began to play the guitar, and start writing songs of his own.

After spending many years away from music, Bob found his way back. Now a husband and father living in British Columbia's Comox Valley, he has embraced his voice as a storyteller, crafting a sound that blends folk, country, and Canadiana. His songs incorporate memories of farm life, travels through time and space, and a healthy dose of humour.

Bob's debut album, Thank You Kindly, will be released this winter, with the first singles arriving in late summer and early fall.
